Andrea Bowden has 30 years of fitness training experience. I know that working with a knowledgeable professional will make all the difference in your fitness success. I know full-body exercise is necessary for just about any fitness goals (fat loss, injury prevention, muscle growth, better function in real life, athleticism)


All of the leaders and instructors at MFT know that fitness is a journey, not a destination, and we are passionate about what we do; we will be with you every step of the way!

You are not alone!
Masterpiece Fitness Training wants to make you feel like you are part of a community. We want to create an atmosphere of care and compassion for one another. We strive to have an atmosphere that is welcoming and energizing, so that when you walk in the doors you immediately feel like you can succeed.

No matter what your goal is -- fat-burning, muscle-building, stress relief, or all three-- someone at Masterpiece Fitness Training will be there to guide you. We have private, semi-private and small group fitness training. And, of course Boot Camp Fit.

HIIT
Lack of time is one of the top reasons people don't exercise. We get that! That's why we offer the option of ½ private sessions.


NO MORE MACHINES
One of the first things you'll notice is that Masterpiece Fitness Training does not use machines. The body was meant to work in all planes of motion, decelerating and accelerating and stabilizing movement. It was not meant to sit in some cumbersome, performance-limiting contraption.
We continue to collect an impressive, popular and highly regarded array of functional fitness equipment such as suspension systems, kettlebells, battle ropes, and much more! These tools are designed to challenge your entire body for a stronger, leaner you! Plus, they make staying in shape a whole lot more fun!

We are here for YOU
When you hire a private fitness trainer at Masterpiece Fitness Training, you are getting an individualized program that meets your specific needs. We have designed programs for aging adult who want to keep a driver's license, for athletes wanting to improve power, for moms and grandmas wanting to keep strength for raising children and everything in between! We teach you how to perform to the best of your ability starting from where you are at now. And we help you set small, achievable goals that will lead you to reaching those big goals.

BOOT CAMP FIT
Masterpiece Boot Camp Fit is a highly successful program offered at Masterpiece Fitness Training. At Boot Camp Fit we hold each other accountable, we build relationships, we encourage one another, we stir one another on to improve and to work harder. And because it's FUN, it seems easier!
Each Camp is six weeks Monday thru Friday. Participants can participate two, three, four or five days a week.
