Boot Camp Fit * -- Want a challenging and super-fast way of getting in the best shape of your life? Try Boot Camp Fitness at MFT! This is a HIIT class. Count on plenty of heart-pumping cardio with muscle and strength-building resistance exercises. Blast your way to a stronger you with enthusiastic instructors who know what they are doing! Each class lasts 6 weeks. *Special Fees Apply and must be prepaid before classes begin.

HIIT -- High Intensity Interval Training is a generic term used to describe short, intense bursts of (often) anaerobic exercises with less intense recovery periods. With HIIT you become a fat-burning machine more than any other form of exercise. HIIT may or may not incorporate weights.

MFT Walkers -- Walking is one of the most beneficial exercises we can do. It builds or improves cardiorespiratory base, and is good for the mind and spirit. Different routes and goals will be offered regularly.

SpinFit -- Indoor Cycling High Intensity Interval Training. Great cross training for any sport. If you're in the market for fat-burning, this is your class! (First come, first served. Sign-up is available starting 4p.m. on day of class.)
